Logo Ideas: Kate Stanistreet

One last logo proposal courtesy of Kate who provides us with the following statement in regards to her logos.

"The first one, Archi Odyssey represents the long adventurous journey we have all been through. Each of the logo layouts can be interchanged with the words used."

Thanks Kate!

Logo Ideas: Maria Gutierrez

Fresh from my inbox are Maria's logos. It's great to see the variety of names and logo ideas for our exhibition.

Thanks Maria!

Logo Ideas: Ricci Bloch

As one of the many driving forces behind our exhibition, Ricci has come up with the following ideas for our exhibition logo.

Thanks Ricci!

Logo Ideas: Justin Holly pt. 2

Best viewed large.

Thanks again, Justin!

Logo Ideas: Roanna Manlutac

Thought I'd add my 5 cents towards our logo pool. Below are four logos, the first of which was an initial idea and thought the term 'degrees' was quite apt given the variety of the studios. The following three logos however took a more mathematical fraction approach with each providing two readings of the term '20/10'.

Logo Ideas: Lionel Teh

Here is Lionel contribution who regards the 20/10 concept as the most appropriate title to represent the year and the 10 studios. In his logo he quotes,
"the design is represented as 20/10 is akin to a 'marking scores'; which is this case is getting 20/10 instead of 10/10."

Thanks Lionel!

Logo Ideas: Justin Holly

Here are five colour variations of a proposed logo from Justin Holly.

Thanks Justin!

Logo Ideas: Maria & Karina

Building on an idea of Miguel's, Maria and Karina have come up with the following two sketches. In their submission, they propose the idea of incorporating a scale bar as well as sitting in an invisible square.

Thanks Maria and Karina!

Logo Ideas: Miguel Paredes

The following 8 images were the first logo ideas to come through for our exhibition. All of them courtesy of Miguel Paredes who is working with the 1:10 idea.

Thanks Miguel!.

Venue 2: Clothes Store

Clothes Store, Carraigeworks
First building after entry at 229 Wilson Street, Eveleigh NSW

While this venue is the perfect size for our year to exhibit, there are a few hurdles concerning this venue. Possible BCA reports and compliance are needed before occupying the space. There is currently only one working toilet in the building (for additional amenities you'd have to walk across to Carraigeworks). And, we are also waiting on a quote for the lease of this space over a possible five days. There are also reports that another party have sought interest in hiring this space during the same week.

Thanks to Ricci for the photos.

Venue 1: PYD

PYD Building
197 Young Street, Waterloo, NSW

The kind people at PYD are interested in sponsoring our exhibition by donating the space below. The only drawback being that the space may also be too cramped to fit everyone's work.

More pictures and info over at PYD.
